​This Valentine’s Day, we transformed our headquarters, in Cowes, into an intimate pop-up dining experience, offering couples a memorable evening filled with culinary delights. Alex created a wonderfully special Indian sharing menu that showcased our passion for global street food, reimagined with a romantic twist. And of course, Wild Oak’s beef was on the menu!​

We worked hard to ensure guests were welcomed into a cosy atmosphere, and thoughtfully decorated to evoke the essence of India, whilst encapsulating the romance. Soft lighting, elegant table settings, incense and the Dishoom playlist set the stage for an unforgettable night.​

The evening’s menu featured a selection of beautifully crafted dishes, each designed to tantalize the taste buds and celebrate the occasion. From snacks to desserts, Alex ensured each course was bursting with unique flavours and beautiful presentation.​
