No. Our coordination service is exclusively available to clients who have booked Eat Street for their event. This allows us to focus on delivering a seamless experience where the catering and event logistics work hand in hand.

Every event is different, but coordination can include creating timelines, liaising with suppliers, overseeing setup, managing key timings and helping everything run smoothly on the day.

No. We don’t offer a full wedding planning service. Instead, we provide practical coordination to help bring together the plans you’ve already made and ensure everything runs to schedule.

Absolutely. Over the years we’ve built relationships with some fantastic venues and suppliers across the Isle of Wight. If you’re looking for florists, photographers, musicians, celebrants, bar services or entertainment, we’re happy to recommend businesses we’ve enjoyed working with.

Not every event does. Many clients are happy to manage everything themselves. However, if you’d rather spend your day enjoying your guests instead of answering supplier questions or watching the clock, coordination can make a huge difference.

The earlier, the better. Mention it when you enquire or during your planning meetings with us, and we’ll discuss whether it’s the right fit for your event and the level of support you need.
