“Pay What You Want” Terms & Conditions

At Eat Street IOW, we love to do things differently. Our “Pay What You Want” concept is all about trust, community, and accessibility — letting our customers decide what they feel their meal is worth. To make sure everything runs smoothly and fairly, please read and respect the following terms:

• You decide the price you pay for your meal — no minimum set.
• You will be served a selection of between 7-10 dishes from around the World
• You will be sat at The Eat Street Table with 3 other pairs who will also be chosen at random
• We must be informed of any dietary requirements upon confirmation. Failure to do so may result in your dietary requirements not being catered for
• Eat Street is not an allergen free environment, and whilst every effort is taken to ensure cross contamination hasn’t occurred, we cannot guarantee
• All payments will remain completely anonymous
• Anonymous payments applies to the food only – bar spend will be taken via card machine

• We accept cash, card, and contactless payments.
• Payments must be made before leaving
• Upon confirmation of attendance, you will be asked to provide card details, which will be saved securely. These details will only be used if a late cancellation happens, you and your guest do not show, or leave during the experience.
• If a cancellation is received, Eat Street will endeavour to refill the seats. If this is not possible, we will charge the details provided
• Should the card details need to be used, a £50 per person charge will be taken
• The experience is at it’s best when the table is full. by not showing up, you will reduce the experience for others
• We encourage honest feedback about your experience. This helps us understand how the concept is working and how we can improve.

• Eat Street IOW reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
